Push bikes

We have an apartment at La Brezza too - block B. It's the balcony with hopefully lots of plants growing on it if our watering system is working!
We had a week there in May and we're going again on 17th July to 3rd August. Looking forward to the heat!
Anyone know where we can buy push bikes from?

I sent my completion statement to Bella Calabria showing that I had paid 500 Euros for utility connections.
They have come back to me today and said that Giambrone & Law had no right to this payment and that the full cost is 1140 Euros and when did I pay the rest for the connections.
I have said that a completion statement is exactly what is says and once paid you cannot then go back 2 years later and ask people for more money.
Have you heard anymore from them?

Do you have the builders phone no. I had the no. for Mr.Rimini, but damned if I can find it now.

Surely Bella Calabria have no business paying our bill in advance for us, withoutout our consent. What do you think??

I checked on the incalabria Forum, and at leastone other person there got the same bill from BC.

I am sorry but I don't have the builders number.
If they want money they should be sending out invoices on their headed papaer to everyone not just emailing people randomly.
I have spoken to a couple of people that I email privately and neither of them have received anything from Bella Calabria.
I have told BC that I paid connection charges of 500 eurso when we completed. The charge was on my final invoice from Giambrone & Law. BC have said that G&L have not passed this money onto them.
I am really annoyed about all this because no one has ever told me officially who BC are and what there role is in all this and also I don't like being threatened with having my utilities disconnected.
I have not heard anything from BC today. My email to them last Friday was quite strong. I told them in no uncertain terms that as far as I was concerned I had paid my connection charges and that they could not up the price 2 years later. Surely a final statement of what you owe is exactly that, FINAL.
Let me know if you hear from them or if you manage to contact the builder.

You are right Gail a final bill is a final bill and we all paid it two years ago so we are not paying it again.
